Volunteer for the decorating team shift to help our largest fundraiser of the year! Empty Bowls is our annual fun day with music, chef-driven soups, desserts, a silent auction, live auction, and handmade artists' pottery bowls.  

 

The decorating team would begin at 1:00 pm. It should take around two hours. We will set up tables and tidy up after lunch.

We need volunteer folks from 3:30 - 7:30 pm. The event teams are as follows:

Check in table (2 people)

Bowl help (2 people)

Dessert (2 people)

Soup servers (2 people)

Table busers (3 people)

Drink Station (4 people)

Servers for sponsor tables (6 people)

Silent Auction (2 people)

Floaters (20 people)

Each person will be assigned a specific team and would begin at 3:30 and finish at 7:30, when the event is over. If you have a specific team you are interested in serving on, please respond to this opportunity then email Gage at volunteer@haywoodpathways.org and let him know which team you prefer.

This shift is to help host the first annual LUNCH event. Guests will arrive to recieve their specially prepared lunch served from our Holy Cow Food Truck. They will either simply eat and enjoy music outdoors and bid on the silent auction or, if they selected this option, they will do all those things in addition to picking out a bowl. 

The hosts will greet guests and direct them to the silent auction items and bowls, if the guest opted for that selection. 

We need volunteer folks from 10:30 - 1:00 pm. The event teams are as follows:

Check in/host silent auction, bowl selection (2 people)

Outdoor table bussers (6 people)

The decorating team would begin at 9:30 am. It should take between two-four hours. We will decorate tables for dinner, set up tables for auction items, food, and bowls. 

After lunch we'll need to clean up and set up bowls for dinner, so I have created two different shifts for this. Please go to the opportunity called "8th Annual Empty Bowls Event- Set Up AFTER LUNCH" if you would like to volunteer for the shift from 1:00-3:30.

 

Volunteer for the Drive to Pick up donated food team shift to help our largest fundraiser of the year! The pickup day is March 25 and items can be brought to HPC that day between 9-5 or held and brought to the event location on March 26 from 9-11. Empty Bowls is our annual fun day with music, chef-driven soups, desserts, a silent auction, live auction, and handmade artists' pottery bowls.  

 

If you are able to drive and pick up items like donated dinner rolls, desserts, coffee, etc., please respond to this opportunity. Gage will assign you one or two items to pick up and bring to Long's Chapel by 11am on March 26. Thank you!!

The cleanup team would begin at 7:30 when the event ends. It should take an hour or so. We also need 1-4 people to drive items from the event back to Haywood Pathways.
